I will expect that many customers will be ordering my product over the web. In order to ensure the information they enter on my company's website is secure, I will have to establish a secure connection. Therefore, when someone presses the "buy now" link on my website, the web protocol or http at the being of the domain name will change to ssl or https for a secure connection. This will encrypt any sensitive information sent over the internet.
The domain name for my company site will be probably be http://www.suctionhandryer.com/ but I'll check with ICANN to make sure that the name is valid. Once that's established, I will have to configure my DNS server to translate the domain name letters into the numbers of the IP adress. I plan to eventually expand internationally as well, therefore will add country code names to the website if it's trying to be accessed in another country other than the U.S.
For online customer support or another service that answers customer's inquiries, I will need to make sure that my newtork has a Simple Network Time Protocol server or a SNTP server. This server will temporarily store E-mails sent throught the network which can then be retrieved using Post Office Protocol (POP) and Internet Message Access Protocol or IMAP. POP will transfer the message from the SNTP server while IMAP will copy the actual message being sent. The outcome will be fast and easy customer support through the internet.

I like how technical this has gotten (Ie. needing the SNTP server, compro vs. the two email technologies). Great job! -Justin
